Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup of garlic (about two bulbs)
  • 2 tbps of cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of mild chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon of salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon of sugar

Method

  1. Dry fry the cumin seeds until fragrant
  2. Peel the garlic
  3. Blend all the ingredients together
