Garlic Dip

Ingredients
- 0.25 cup of garlic (about two bulbs)
- 2 tbps of cumin seeds
- 2 tablespoons of mild chilli powder
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
- 0.5 teaspoon of salt
- 0.5 teaspoon of sugar
Method
- Dry fry the cumin seeds until fragrant
- Peel the garlic
- Blend all the ingredients together
