Ingredients

  • 4 flat mushrooms
  • 200 grams of feta cubes
  • 1 large clove of garlic
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 10 walnuts
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil

Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Cut out the stalks of the mushrooms (if doing roast veg on the side can add to that)
  3. Coat the outside of the mushrooms in olive oil using a brush and place on a baking tray
  4. Chop the rosemary, crush the garlic, and mix together
  5. Stuff each mushroom with some of the mixture (using it all up)
  6. Chop the nuts and sprinkle over the mushrooms
  7. Spread the feta cubes over the mushrooms
  8. Roast for 20-30 minutes
  9. Serve with roast veg for a tasty treat!
