Roasted mushrooms

Ingredients
- 4 flat mushrooms
- 200 grams of feta cubes
- 1 large clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 10 walnuts
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees
- Cut out the stalks of the mushrooms (if doing roast veg on the side can add to that)
- Coat the outside of the mushrooms in olive oil using a brush and place on a baking tray
- Chop the rosemary, crush the garlic, and mix together
- Stuff each mushroom with some of the mixture (using it all up)
- Chop the nuts and sprinkle over the mushrooms
- Spread the feta cubes over the mushrooms
- Roast for 20-30 minutes
- Serve with roast veg for a tasty treat!
