Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 300 grams of vegetable stir fry mix
- 300 grams of rice noodles
- 1 handful of cashew
- 0.25 cup of edamame beans (optional)
- 1 teaspoons of ginger paste
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of honey
Method
- Fry the stir fry mix in some oil with the garlic and ginger for 3 minutes on a high heat (8)
- Add the noodles and mix well, cook for another 3 minutes
- Add the edamame beans and cashew nuts, cook for another minute
- Add the dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar and honey, and stir well, cook for another minute
- Serve in bowls and get out the chopsticks!
