Ingredients

  • 300 grams of vegetable stir fry mix
  • 300 grams of rice noodles
  • 1 handful of cashew
  • 0.25 cup of edamame beans (optional)
  • 1 teaspoons of ginger paste
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of honey

Method

  1. Fry the stir fry mix in some oil with the garlic and ginger for 3 minutes on a high heat (8)
  2. Add the noodles and mix well, cook for another 3 minutes
  3. Add the edamame beans and cashew nuts, cook for another minute
  4. Add the dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar and honey, and stir well, cook for another minute
  5. Serve in bowls and get out the chopsticks!
