Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of broccoli
  • 4 cups of cauliflower
  • 0.33 cups of olive oil
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 0.66 cups of grated parmesan

Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees
  2. Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into small-medium sized florets, and crush the garlic
  3. Mix the florets in a large bowl along with the olive oil, garlic, half the parmesan cheese, and some salt and pepper
  4. Mix well
  5. Line a (deep) baking tray with foil
  6. Spread the florets over the tray giving them room to breathe
  7. Bake for around 20 minutes, or until the edges are browned
  8. Take out of the oven, sprinkle the remaining parmesan on top
  9. Serve and enjoy!
