Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 4 cups of broccoli
- 4 cups of cauliflower
- 0.33 cups of olive oil
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 0.66 cups of grated parmesan
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees
- Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into small-medium sized florets, and crush the garlic
- Mix the florets in a large bowl along with the olive oil, garlic, half the parmesan cheese, and some salt and pepper
- Mix well
- Line a (deep) baking tray with foil
- Spread the florets over the tray giving them room to breathe
- Bake for around 20 minutes, or until the edges are browned
- Take out of the oven, sprinkle the remaining parmesan on top
- Serve and enjoy!
