Ingredients

  • 200 grams of pasta (spaghetti works well)

  • 4 eggs

Method

  1. Prepare the pesto, cook the pasta and drain
  2. Soft boil the eggs for 6 minutes, then let cool and peel
  3. Mix the pesto into the pasta
  4. Serve up the pasta and top with half an egg
