Pesto and Egg Pasta
Ingredients
- 200 grams of pasta (spaghetti works well)
- 1 serving of pesto
- 4 eggs
Method
- Prepare the pesto, cook the pasta and drain
- Soft boil the eggs for 6 minutes, then let cool and peel
- Mix the pesto into the pasta
- Serve up the pasta and top with half an egg
