Ingredients

  • 1 cup of coriander
  • 1 cup of fresh mint (about 30g)
  • 1 green chilli
  • 2 teaspoons of ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • 1 pinch of salt

Method

  1. Pull the leaves from the mint, take care to avoid the stalks as this will make it bitter
  2. Pull the leaves and thinner stalks from the coriander and loosely chop the chilli
  3. Put the mint, coriander, chilli, ginger, cumin, lemon juice, salt, and water into a blender (the fine wet blender works best)
  4. Thoroughly blend and then store in the fridge
