Mint and Coriander chutney

Ingredients
- 1 cup of coriander
- 1 cup of fresh mint (about 30g)
- 1 green chilli
- 2 teaspoons of ginger
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons of water
- 1 pinch of salt
Method
- Pull the leaves from the mint, take care to avoid the stalks as this will make it bitter
- Pull the leaves and thinner stalks from the coriander and loosely chop the chilli
- Put the mint, coriander, chilli, ginger, cumin, lemon juice, salt, and water into a blender (the fine wet blender works best)
- Thoroughly blend and then store in the fridge
