Ingredients

  • 100 grams of blueberries
  • 100 grams of blackberries
  • 200 grams of raspberries
  • 100 grams of demerara sugar
  • 75 grams of plain flour
  • 75 grams of unsalted butter
  • 50 grams of porridge oats

Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Put the flour and butter into a bowl
  3. Rub together with fingertips until the mixture starts to bind together
  4. Stir in half the sugar and the oats to make a coarse crumble
  5. Spread the crumble mixture out on a baking tray and cook for 15 minutes
  6. Meanwhile, mix all the berries together in a bowl along with half the sugar (50g) and divide between the ramekins
  7. Once cooked, scatter the crumble mixture over the fruit, piling it up in the centre as it will sink after baking
  8. Sprinkle with a little extra sugar
  9. Bake for 30 minutes until the crumble is golden and the fruit starts to bubble up
  10. Serve on their own or with a dash of ice cream
