Guacamole

Ingredients
- 0.5 small red onion
- 1 red chilli
- 3 ripe avocado
- 1 bunch of fresh coriander
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons of lime juice
Method
- Dice the onions and tomatoes and place in a bowl
- De-seed the chilli and chop finely and add to the bowl
- Chop the coriander up finely and add to the bowl
- Scope the avocado out and roughly chop up into small pieces on a cutting board
- Add the avocado to the bowl and pour the lime juice over the top
- Season with salt and pepper
- Mix the mixture well and serve
