Ingredients
- 300 grams of rich tea biscuits
- 300 grams of ginger biscuits
- 300 grams of chocolate (for base)
- 75 grams of margerine
- 75 grams of golden syrup
- 450 grams of chocolate (for topping)
Method
- Break all the biscuits into small pieces in a large mixing bowl
- Melt the margarine, golden syrup and chocolate on a low heat (5)
- Add the broken biscuits and mix well
- Line a baking tray (or two!) with grease proof paper and fill with the mixture
- Melt the topping chocolate (~4 minutes in the microwave) and pour over the mixture
- (optional) add a topping, e.g. fruit
- Leave to cool on the side for a couple of hours before placing in the fridge overnight
- Try not to eat them all at once!
