Cabbage Hash Browns
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoons of garlic granules (or halve for garlic powder)
- 0.5 teaspoons of salt
- 0.5 teaspoons of black pepper
- 200 grams of cabbage
- 0.25 small onion
Method
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
- Finely shred the cabbage, and finely chop the onion
- Add the cabbage and onion to the bowl and mix well
- Heat around a tablespoon of oil in a large flat frying pan, until very hot
- Spoon out a few dollops of mixture into the pan, turning when the bottom is golden
- Repeat until all the mixture is gone, adding a touch more oil between fryings
- Enjoy with just about anything!
