Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoons of garlic granules (or halve for garlic powder)
  • 0.5 teaspoons of salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons of black pepper
  • 200 grams of cabbage
  • 0.25 small onion

Method

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
  2. Finely shred the cabbage, and finely chop the onion
  3. Add the cabbage and onion to the bowl and mix well
  4. Heat around a tablespoon of oil in a large flat frying pan, until very hot
  5. Spoon out a few dollops of mixture into the pan, turning when the bottom is golden
  6. Repeat until all the mixture is gone, adding a touch more oil between fryings
  7. Enjoy with just about anything!
