Ingredients

  • 200 grams of pasta
  • 500 grams of passata
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 150 grams of mushrooms
  • 1 tin of three bean salad
  • 1 teaspoon of dried mixed herbs
  • 1 stock cube

Method

  1. Fill a saucepan with enough water to easily cover the pasta and bring to the boil
  2. Add the pasta and cook for 12 minutes
  3. Meanwhile, chop and fry the onions for a few minutes
  4. Add the mushrooms and fry for few more minutes
  5. Add garlic and herbs and fry for another minute
  6. Add the passata, stock cube and three bean salad
  7. Simmer until the pasta is ready
  8. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce
  9. Serve up - easy!
