Bean Pasta

Ingredients
- 200 grams of pasta
- 500 grams of passata
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 150 grams of mushrooms
- 1 tin of three bean salad
- 1 teaspoon of dried mixed herbs
- 1 stock cube
Method
- Fill a saucepan with enough water to easily cover the pasta and bring to the boil
- Add the pasta and cook for 12 minutes
- Meanwhile, chop and fry the onions for a few minutes
- Add the mushrooms and fry for few more minutes
- Add garlic and herbs and fry for another minute
- Add the passata, stock cube and three bean salad
- Simmer until the pasta is ready
- Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce
- Serve up - easy!
