Baked Potato Slices

Ingredients
- 2 potatoes (large)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoons of dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of paprika (can leave out or make hot as desired)
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees
- In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix the oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme
- Cut the potatoes into 1-2cm slices
- Add the potatoes to the bowl and mix well until all the potatoes are coated
- Lay the potatoes out on a large baking tray covered in tin foil
- Cook for around 40 minutes, or until golden (not very time sensitive)
- Serve with almost anything!
