Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes (large)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoons of dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika (can leave out or make hot as desired)

Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix the oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme
  3. Cut the potatoes into 1-2cm slices
  4. Add the potatoes to the bowl and mix well until all the potatoes are coated
  5. Lay the potatoes out on a large baking tray covered in tin foil
  6. Cook for around 40 minutes, or until golden (not very time sensitive)
  7. Serve with almost anything!
